Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves and other minor changes.

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly asper the image as displayed on our site. However, in case a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. Our products are hand-crafted and hand-dyed. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the real product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Each garment is hand embroidered and sewn, and each order is made-to-measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30-45 days; however it is mentioned individually in the details of every product. Please note that once the order has been shipped from our courier partner and the tracking details have been shared with you upon request, we are not liable for any delay whatsoever. The order can be collected from our store in Surat, or we can have it shipped to you at your doorstep.

We generally keep a 3-4" margin in all our custom-made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you and are getting shipped to you, there may be minimal alterations. Please note that we will only alter within 45 days of your receiving the product and post that period, alterations will be charged for. The charges will vary depending on the alteration. Shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. If any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. Please note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order to our Flagship Store in Surat. Address is B>MORE Opp Parle Point Palace, Near Classic Complex, Ghod Dod Road Alternatively, you can drop-off the product at the given address as well. Please note that we do not get any alterations picked and shipping charges for altered products will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us.
